Reading the site, streets and surrounding services — and the land’s best use — before any architectural drawing.
Design & Approval
A design tested on three questions: is there privacy? does movement flow inside the unit? can it be maintained in ten years? Then regulatory approvals.
Soil & Structure
Soil, foundations and the concrete frame — the stage where mistakes are easiest to bury, so it is photographed before backfill.
Insulation & Services
Thermal and water insulation, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fibre — all photographed and dated before the walls close.
Finishing
Floors, paint, doors, kitchens and bathrooms to a written specification, from approved suppliers with independent warranties.
Handover & Operation
A handover walk-through with the owner and the unit file (plans, specifications, every warranty), then maintenance and after-sales care.
